Bonnie Wenk Park Phase II

Location: McKinney, TX
Description: Phase II of this 216-acre public park included an all-abilities park, a skywalk, zipline and ropes courses, concrete hike and bike trails, two additional parking lots, five play pods and two multipurpose sports fields. The all-abilities playground is designed for children of all ages, abilities and needs and was a combined effort between the City of McKinney and the Rotary Clubs of McKinney.

“We designed Bonnie Wenk Park to offer something for everyone,” Director of Parks and Recreation Michael Kowski said in a news release. “By adding these new amenities we hope that visitors will find something new and unexpected to explore.”
