Our Process
01. CONNECT
Email, call, or text our Director of Business Development , Chris Siebert, and he’ll connect with you in 24-48 hours.
We’ll meet with you to discuss your timeline and budget, and we’ll connect with your design team.
We’ll present a conceptual budget and milestone to your team within 2-3 weeks.
02. COLLABORATE
Together, we brainstorm, strategize, and refine ideas to ensure that every aspect of your project aligns perfectly with your business objectives.
03. PROPOSE
Typically, our bidding and contract phase takes one month.
After meeting our team in person, we’ll be able to provide value engineering to obtain your final contract and permit to commence construction.
04. BUILD
We’re big on communication. As construction progresses, you’ll receive weekly reports, including a two week-look ahead.
In addition, expect a monthly payment report with updates on change orders, and concrete pours, and project orders.
