You’re Four Steps Away From Kicking Off Your Project

1. CONNECT

Email, call or text our Director of Business Development Chris Siebert, and he’ll connect with you in 24-48 hours.

We’ll meet with you to discuss your timeline and budget, and we’ll connect with your design team.

We’ll present a conceptual budget and milestone schedule to your team within 2-3 weeks.

2. COLLABORATE

During the collaboration phase, we work closely with you to understand your vision, goals, and unique requirements.

Together, we brainstorm, strategize, and refine ideas to ensure that every aspect of your project aligns perfectly with your business objectives.

3. PROPOSE

Typically our bidding and contract phase takes one month.

Meeting our team in person, we’ll be able to provide value engineering to get your final contract and permit, to commence construction.

3. BUILD

We’re big on communication. As construction progresses, you’ll receive weekly reports, including a two week-look ahead.

In addition, expect a monthly payment report with updates on change orders, and concrete pours, and project orders. Get ready for your ribbon cutting because your project is almost complete.
